The Project

Planning at Lee Point continues while awaiting a Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal outcome, expected in late-2026.

Planning currently includes design work on the remaining stages of the Muirhead North site and remediation works in the Casuarina Coastal Reserve, where Defence Housing Australia will rehabilitate erosion gullies in line with the Lee Point Project Development Agreement.
